Hi my name is Stacey, I am a 36 year old hobbie artist and passionate art educator based in the picturesque Yarra Valley. With a love for all forms of artistic expression, I specialize in painting and drawing, exploring a diverse range of subjects including still life, landscapes, and animals. My work reflects a deep appreciation for the beauty of the natural world and everyday moments, capturing the intricate details that often go unnoticed.
Growing up on a farm in the small rural Victorian town of Boort, I developed an early interest in art, often finding inspiration in the local surroundings. I later went on to study Graphic Design at the La Trobe University Bendigo, where my skills in visual communication and design were honed, though my true artistic passion remained in traditional mediums like painting and sketching.
Currently, I share my knowledge and creativity with students as an art teacher in the Yarra Valley, where I hope to inspire the next generation of artists. My teaching approach emphasizes the importance of observation, creativity, and self-expression, encouraging students to explore their own artistic journeys. |
